  1. Application form duly signed
  2. Passport size colorful recent photos
  3. Educational Certificates Matric onwards
  4. PAN Card (Mandatory)
  5. AADHAAR Card (Mandatory)
  6. Driving License
  7. Shop Agreement
  8. Character / Police Verification Certificate
  9. Name, Address, Mobile No. and signature of two references
